Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate with contractors/vendors to ensure timely

sourcing and deployment of contract manpower as per business needs.  Manage onboarding documentation, background verification, and induction processes for contract staff. Ensure all joining formalities and statutory declarations are completed before deployment.

Query Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for field employees’ queries and ensure timely and effective resolution of employee grievances and concerns through Circle HR

Capability Building: Collaborate with Circle Heads and other internal teams to faciliate period training sessions for field team focusing on increased productivity. 

Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to statutory labour laws (e.g., ESI, PF, PT, Bonus, etc.). Coordinate with contractors to submit timely returns and maintain relevant registers/documents. Liaise with internal audit and external agencies to ensure compliance standards are met.

Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing for contract employees which includes verifying the attendance, leave data, and other inputs required for payroll. Address and resolve payroll discrepancies in coordination with vendors.

Liaison: Engage with Govt Officials at Circles (Labour Commissioner/ DLC/ ALC) with Circle HR for developing good rapport and address observations/ guide Circle HR in conciliation proceedings

Employee Master Data Management: Maintain and regularly update the master database for all contract employees ensuring accuracy in personal details, banking, statutory, and employment information.

 

Experience

10 to 15 years of relevant experience
