Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Monthly & Quarterly Closing, P&L MIS, Balance Sheet (as per companies Act, Cash Flow Statements
Corporate Financial Reporting in compliance with Ind AS, SEBI LODR (Listed Entity Experience preferred)
Inter-Division, Inter-Company and Related Party accounting, disclosures and reporting in compliance with Ind AS and Companies Act, 2013
Revenue Recognition & Sales Flash MIS, Variance Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis.
Hyperion (HFM)/FCCS reporting, consolidation and submission
Responsible for ensuring compliance with Internal Control over Financial Reporting, Management Testing & ICFR Audits
Managing Statutory Audit, Coordination and Completion

Experience

5-8 Years
