Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Core Technical Competencies

Strong expertise in E&E system design, integration, and vehicle-level application (INCA & GARUDA preferred)
Deep knowledge of electrical architecture (ECUs, sensors, system interfaces)
Hands-on experience in Common Rail, LIN alternator, start-stop systems, Li-ion battery integration
Proficiency in CAN, LIN, PWM protocols
Good understanding of vehicle subsystems & interface architecture
Working knowledge of homologation requirements (Generators)

Tools & Diagnostics

Strong capability in INCA & GARUDA (parameterization, data analysis, fault diagnosis)
Proficient in MS Office, EPLAN, and engineering tools

Execution & Leadership

Lead CFT collaboration and system integration ensuring QCT delivery
Define & release technical specifications to suppliers
Drive component & vehicle-level validation for zero-defect delivery
Exposure to Telecom E&E systems (preferred)

Quality, Cost & Improvement

Deliver cost targets via IMCR/VAVE without compromising quality
Strong in field failure analysis, RCA, CAPA, and resolution implementation
Good understanding of BOM management

Engineering & Quality Practices

Skilled in DFMEA, 7 QC tools, design reviews, project management
Working knowledge of DFA, DFS, QFD, APQP, PPAP, GD&T
Strong problem-solving ability

Behavioral Competencies

Analytical, structured thinker with strong planning skills
Agile, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
Passion for technology adoption and execution excellence
