Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Core Technical Competencies
- Strong expertise in E&E system design, integration, and vehicle-level application (INCA & GARUDA preferred)
- Deep knowledge of electrical architecture (ECUs, sensors, system interfaces)
- Hands-on experience in Common Rail, LIN alternator, start-stop systems, Li-ion battery integration
- Proficiency in CAN, LIN, PWM protocols
- Good understanding of vehicle subsystems & interface architecture
- Working knowledge of homologation requirements (Generators)
Tools & Diagnostics
- Strong capability in INCA & GARUDA (parameterization, data analysis, fault diagnosis)
- Proficient in MS Office, EPLAN, and engineering tools
Execution & Leadership
- Lead CFT collaboration and system integration ensuring QCT delivery
- Define & release technical specifications to suppliers
- Drive component & vehicle-level validation for zero-defect delivery
- Exposure to Telecom E&E systems (preferred)
Quality, Cost & Improvement
- Deliver cost targets via IMCR/VAVE without compromising quality
- Strong in field failure analysis, RCA, CAPA, and resolution implementation
- Good understanding of BOM management
Engineering & Quality Practices
- Skilled in DFMEA, 7 QC tools, design reviews, project management
- Working knowledge of DFA, DFS, QFD, APQP, PPAP, GD&T
- Strong problem-solving ability
