Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Design and development of Steering and Front axle aggregates for LCV, ICV,& HCV platforms
2) Deliver Steering and Front axle aggregates as per QCDW (Quality, cost, delivery, weight) for projects
3) Resolve field / Mfg concerns
4) DFMEA, Design review, DVVP generation, analysis using G8D technique
5) Vehicles level and component level DVP requirements
6) Interact with CAE, CDMM, validation for aggregate development
7) Root cause analysis and concern resolution 
8) Leading a team of people
9) Fully aware of Homologation requirements
10) Build technology roadmap on the above aggregates and execute potential ideas

5 to 8 yrs for B.E. Or M.E./M. Tech
