Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Design and development of Steering and Front axle aggregates for Bus, LCV, ICV,HCV & MCV platforms
2) Good Hands on experience in DMU/ Team centre / GD&T/CATIA V5
3) Steering Gearbox selection, TCD, Steering effort calculation.
4) Knowledge of DFA,DFM,DFS, DFMEA 
5) Vehicles level and component level DVP requirements
6) Interact with CAE, CDMM, validation for aggregate development
7) Understanding of the standards/Regulation related to commercial vehicles                                                                 8) Define & predict system level performance requirements                                                               

9) Should have knowledge of benchmarking of contemporary vehicles and create a database.
10)Verification of detail design by prototype building & monitor project timelines.
