Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  1. Knowledge of Part processing (HPDC, LPDC, GDC, Open die forging, close die forging, hot forging, Cold forging, machining processes, painting process, powder coating process, & honing)
  2. Zero Base Costing of Parts
  3. Zero Base costing of Tooling (Die/Mould/Checking Fixture)
  4. Technical knowledge of tooling materials
  5. Supplier Strategy synthesis and execution
  6. Supplier Risk assessment and mitigation
  7. Supplier Evaluation and On-Boarding
  8. Spend Analysis
  9. Supplier Base knowledge for the above process in proximity of Pune, Aurangabad, Nashik, & Pithampur
