Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

The Manager - Technical Delivery will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality software applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and effective communication skills to manage and guide a team of developers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, project management, and agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities include :- 

1. Project Planning and Execution:
 - Collaborate with Business to define project scope, plans, timelines and deliverables
 - Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure successful project execution.
 -  Monitor and track project progress against established goals and deliverables.
2. Technical Leadership:
 - Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
 - Collaborate with technical leads and teams to define project requirements and specifications.
 - Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
 - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, team members, and external partners.
 - Provide regular project updates and status reports.
 - Address and resolve technical issues raised by stakeholders in a timely manner.
4. Resource Management:
 - Allocate resources effectively, considering the specific requirements of projects.
 - Work closely with team members to optimize productivity and efficiency in development.
 - Identify and address resource constraints proactively.
5. Budget Management:
 - Develop and manage project budgets, taking into account the costs associated
 - Track project expenses and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
6. Risk Management:
 - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
 - Monitor and manage technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Quality Assurance:
 - Implement and oversee quality assurance processes.
 - Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
 - Ensure adherence to agile development practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience

12+ years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. PMP / CSM certified preferred
3. Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager
