National Head - HSEF

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

 

 

1. Zero LWC, FATAL & Fire Incident cases maintain

2. Incident investigation & closure in case of incident

3. Effectively UA, UC & NM reporting through team members

5. Closure of Safety Audit PP within SLA, Safety Audit.

6. Providing Safety Training to at least 30 % of manpower directly & Rest 70% indirectly.

7. Buliding Safety culture among all employees through awareness drive

8. Handling customer escalation effectively

10. Value addition to Business and control costs

11. PPE Quality Check & Model Finalisation

12. Approve provisional safety budget & Maintain Inventory. Ensure recovery as per process.

13. Review Circle HSEF Team to maintain good HSEF Rank as well as timely KPI Sign-off

 

 

Experience

17 to 22 years of relevant experience, 

 12+ years of Circle HSEF Lead experience + Minimum 7 years experience of Business Head

Qualifications

Graduation in Engineering + Post Graduate in Industrial Safety + NEBOSH Qualified

General Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a HSEF Lead in a Large organization for at least 8 years. Which includes both Industrial Safety as well as Telecommunication Operation Safety.
  2. Lead at least a team of 30 members for 10 Years
  3. Proved himself as a succesful business head for atleast 7 years.
  4. Ability to innovate new ideas quickly, take decision in critical moment, implement management decision effectively
  5. Good knowledge of overall Telecommunication O&M activities
