Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Monitor and control project scope (Time-Cost-Performance, Quality parameters, Budget)
Monitor platform health (Time, Cost, Performance perspective). Status and risk visibility to Leadership team using dashboards / MIS
Enable Platform team with scenario planning on Change Requests that arise through scope, engineering, Concern Resolution etc
Preempt and mitigate any potential risks that might arise, to ensure Closure of the stage-gates with desired quality (less/no deviations)
Coordinate platform level reviews (CPH, PEH, PPH, PMH & PD Head, PC)
For M6/M4/M2, coordinate with functions and drive feasibility (time and business case) of new PRF’s (asper Project Admittance process)
Ensures trade-offs are in line with platform TCP targets
Manage PMS data for all stake holders
Manage Plant team, Quality team, Customer Care and PMG team stakeholder to ensure alignments at all stages of Program
Must Skills – Leadership, Excellent presentation skill, High Communication skill, Relationship Management, Stakeholder Management
Experience
Exp - Minimum 15-20 yrs
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
Edu - BE/ B Tech, MBA/PMP would be a plus
