Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.    Lead Packaging & integration of Vehicle systems, evaluation of concepts considering vehicle targets in terms of weight, cost, attributes, vehicle variants/ platform modularity. 
2.    Lead DMU packaging reviews, Concerns resolution, Preparation of DMU reports & Sign off.
3.    Vehicle packaging and DMU sign off considering existing homologation requirements and future upcoming regulations.
4.    Ensure EN / PR release, EBOM, Installation drg release through PLM and track and coordinate other aggregate releases
5.    Participate in vehicle benchmarking, Vehicle Target setting and Cascading the same to System level targets.
6.    Co-ordination between stake holders, system leads, Program team, Proto & Validation, Mfg, CDMM etc.
7.    Support in Build and Validation and lead CFT in concern resolution of the same.

General Requirements

1.    Vehicle system level functioning/design of Commercial Vehicle Systems, Categories & Application
2.    Knowledge of Frame design and Key design principles of other aggregates
3.    Knowledge on manufacturing processes, plant assembly layouts
4.    DMU (Digital  Mock Up), 3D modelling, Assembly, Drafting (vehicle layouts) 
5.    Hands on Experience on Catia & Team center PLM
6.    Exposure to Homologation requirements of Commercial Vehicles CAE, Testing & Validation
7.    Hand on experience on coordination with of overall product development team including all aggregates, attributes, design and verification/validation
8.    Knowledge of product complexity/modularity management, manufacturing methods
9.    Knowledge of MPDS, APQP, DFMEA, DFA, DFM, DFS, QC Tools
