Senior Manager - Business & Operations Strategy

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

This position will be responsible to lead business & operations strategy function, which will ensure cohesive working of various functions towards company's strategic objectives, and ensure Cross-Functional Alignment. It will ensure that there is continuous monitoring of KPIs through established systems and real time adjustments of strategies based on performance data. This position will also be responsible for developing dashboards and performance tracking tools to provide leadership with clear insights into operational performance, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic agility

Key areas of Focus for this role will be : 

1. Revenue Growth             
- Sales Revitalization Strategy: Develop a plan targeting growth markets and key segments.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Emphasizing critical initiatives such as deriving key customer and market insights through data analysis and feedback loops. It focuses on using these insights to inform decision-making, optimize marketing efforts, and ensure alignment with evolving market dynamics and customer preferences.

2. Channel Strategy             
- Dealer and Partner Engagement Strategy: Implement dealer performance programs and strategic partnerships.
Channel Penetration and Optimization: Increase market share through optimized distribution channels.

3 Customer Experience Enhancement        
- Customer Care Improvement Initiatives: Improve customer engagement through faster service response.

4. Digital Transformation   
- Digital Transformation Roadmap: Develop a strategy for adopting digital tools in sales, service, and operations.
- Data Analytics and Insights: Create a framework for tracking key business metrics and performance indicator
- Develop CEO/ Business Head Dashboards: Develop comprehensive tools designed to provide real-time insights into key business metrics, including sales performance, financial health, and operational efficiency to enable leadership to make data-driven decisions quickly, track progress, and identify areas for strategic intervention.
 

Experience

10 -15 years 

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

BE/BTech or any graduate with MBA
