- Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders including clients, engineers, contractors, and interior designers to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate potential project sites, assess existing structures, and gather necessary data for design development.
- Research and stay abreast of emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and real estate development to integrate into design concepts.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the construction phase, reviewing plans, addressing design modifications, and resolving on-site challenges to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to established parameters.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development to showcase design concepts, address client feedback, and secure project approvals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior staff, and actively participating in team discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including design revisions, correspondence, and project reports, to ensure accountability and facilitate efficient project management.
