Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.       Provide technical dispositions to resolve emergent issues during outage ,planning, Execution and commissioning;
2.       Interface with customers in office meetings and on site to effectively represent by Mahindra demonstrating technical expertise and customer sensitivity in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction;
3.       Utilize a previously attained, basic understanding of generator component design, auxiliary system design and operation to troubleshoot service issues while applying Mahindra approved practices and procedures;
4.       Provide engineering input to support development of outage and installation procedures and schedules of DG sets
5.       Develop service engineering procedures that support the continual technical development of the entire Team.
6.       Provide support for emergency critical path activities outside of none core hours;
7.       Perform other such duties as may be required.
8.       Co ordinate with, Suppliers/ Vendors and Commercial team to raise timely AMC / Service and Installation related Invoices and submitting the same to customers
9.       Timely collective receivables from customers.
10.  Dealer Hand-holding & development and ensuring profitable P&L from service
11.  Achieving Spares / Service / Lubz business targets.

7-10 years of experience

Industry Preferred

Genset Industry


Degree in engineering from an accredited college or university / Diploma in Mech /Elect Engg

General Requirements

1. Language Skills: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and engineering procedure. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers. Ability to present in conference forums.

2.  Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic engineering calculations.

3. Computer Skills: Advanced personal computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), electronic mail, etc.
