Position  Territory Executive_ Samriddhi
Business Unit/Division Agri Business - SAMRIDDHI 
Reports To  Regional Manager/DGM
Place of Posting  Baramati
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables  Counselling Rurual Agriculture practices to the farmers / customers
• Generating avenues to convert a dealer into a Samriddhi Center.
• To generate various avenues of providing solutions to the Farmers other than Tractors sales & service.
• Responsible for development of seed,crop care,micro irrigation businesses and other new businesses that          would eventually become a part of Samriddhi.
• Support sales & service team to improve customer satisfaction.
• Execution of events like local level farming solution promotion campaigns, launches etc.
• Implementing strategy of deliverying farm tech prosperity by providing various farm solutions to the farmers
• Identify & develop new growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Understanding the complexity of the agricultural business, agri practices and crop agronomy.
• Building relations with agricultural universities and other academia to spread knowledge  industry
Experience (years) 2 years -7 Yrs 
Industry Preferred  Agriculture - Seeds, pesticides , microirrigation, farm implements,organic farming , controlled cultivation (Grren house poly house) Industry 
Qualification B.s.c/MBA Agri /M.s.c/B.Tech Agri

  1. Proficiency in Computers -- MS Office.
2. Good Communication Skills - Verbal as well as written.
