Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

To lead and coordinate the Quality activities across Projects and Products such as 7QC-tools, FMEA, DVP, DFA/ DFM, Risk analysis and Product quality design reviews throughout the product development phase.Building Quality competencies within the CFT/CDT by facilitating and delivering quality training programmes like PPAP, APQP, DFMEA, DVP etc.Formulation of Quality Targets for New Products, timely Product evaluations to assess gaps and driving corrective actions.Generating Quality status to Senior Management by highlighting Quality Red alerts and proposing contingency plans.Working closely with Product Planning and Program Management to capture customer latent needs and ensuring Quality delivered as per timelines.Driving Teams towards implementation of various Product and Process improvements identified during build phases.Conceptualize and upgrade Quality systems in New Product Development Process while continuously benchmarking best practices in the industries.To plan and define roadmap for implementation of quality systems for the various projects.To imbibe quality culture in the CFT/CDT through regular interactions and quality workshops.Assessment Skills - Assess, Evaluate, Monitor and give feedback for continuous improvement of Quality Systems
