Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Hand on experience about transmission (gear box) assembly and testing.
2. Experience about hydraulic assembly and testing.
3. Knowledge about APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, 7 QC tools, Poka yoke, Kaizen and so on.
4. Conducting Process and product audit in assembly & testing area.
5. Preparing quality / production procedures, work instructions and visual instructions.
6. Knowledge about Millipore and NAS testing.
7. Preparation, review, and control of internal technical documents.
8. Coordination with other department for line trials, PPAP, ECN implementation and closure of issues (ORC).
9. ensure field technical reports (FTRs) and field complaint (CVL) analysis and providing solutions.
10. expertise in investigating and resolving quality issues on assembly line with root cause analysis.
11. Able to read drawing and should have knowledge about GD & T.
12. Should have knowledge about gear manufacturing process.

General Experience

Minimum 5-8 years experience in MQA and excellent knowledge of Transmission assembly.
