Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Lead and perform comprehensive product and process audits within key areas including tractor assembly lines, paint shops, and PTCED shops to ensure compliance with quality standards and optimal process adherence.
• Apply specialised knowledge of sheet metal and plastic components to investigate quality concerns, drive corrective actions, and support engineering teams in continuous product and process enhancements.
• Facilitate the implementation of new products and processes, ensuring smooth integration with existing manufacturing operations while maintaining high-quality output and minimising disruptions.
• Utilise deep understanding of engine and transmission aggregate assembly functions to conduct functional analyses and resolve assembly-related quality issues effectively.
• Investigate customer complaints,rejects on assembly lines, and supplier component quality issues to identify root causes and implement robust corrective and preventive measures.
• Standardise quality assurance procedures across the plant by developing and maintaining clear documentation and training programs for shop-floor teams and suppliers.
• Leverage expertise in quality management systems (ISO 9001, TS 16949, TPM) to uphold regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvements aimed at consistent and superior product quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to align quality objectives with business goals and promote a culture of quality excellence throughout the Division.
