Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Drive culture-building initiatives on the shop floor with line managers
  • Ensure peaceful and disciplined industrial relations
  • Implement vigilance drives and improve employee connectivity
  • Maintain discipline and industrial peace & harmony
  • Oversee shop floor discipline and disciplinary management
  • Execute disciplinary processes for misconduct and fraud
  • Act as an advisor for employee relation managers
  • Handle employee disputes in courts sensitively while protecting company interests
  • Coordinate manpower planning with IEE for apprenticeship trainees
  • Organize pool and campus recruitment drives as needed
  • Engage in brand-building activities at ITI campuses
  • Manage trainees' compensation
  • Maintain relationships with college placement officers
  • Ensure the onboarding of trainees
  • Foster good relationships with the Board of Apprenticeship officials
  • Complete joining formalities, system hiring, contract registration, onboarding, and issuing letters
  • Timely complete continuations and separation processes
  • Conduct engagement activities, rewards, and recognition for trainees
  • Manage establishment for employees
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll management (SAP)
  • Implement long-term settlements
