Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Drive culture-building initiatives on the shop floor with line managers
- Ensure peaceful and disciplined industrial relations
- Implement vigilance drives and improve employee connectivity
- Maintain discipline and industrial peace & harmony
- Oversee shop floor discipline and disciplinary management
- Execute disciplinary processes for misconduct and fraud
- Act as an advisor for employee relation managers
- Handle employee disputes in courts sensitively while protecting company interests
- Coordinate manpower planning with IEE for apprenticeship trainees
- Organize pool and campus recruitment drives as needed
- Engage in brand-building activities at ITI campuses
- Manage trainees' compensation
- Maintain relationships with college placement officers
- Ensure the onboarding of trainees
- Foster good relationships with the Board of Apprenticeship officials
- Complete joining formalities, system hiring, contract registration, onboarding, and issuing letters
- Timely complete continuations and separation processes
- Conduct engagement activities, rewards, and recognition for trainees
- Manage establishment for employees
- Oversee end-to-end payroll management (SAP)
- Implement long-term settlements
