Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

The position will be responsible for leading process engineering initiatives within the Engine Department. Your role is critical in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Key deliverables will include:

  • Developing and implementing innovative process solutions to meet production goals.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimise workflow and reduce manufacturing lead times.
  • Utilising advanced engineering principles to analyse and improve existing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitoring production processes and providing guidance to team members to ensure alignment with operational targets.
  • Facilitating training sessions to enhance team members’ understanding of engineering processes and technologies.
  • Conducting thorough assessments and audits of production processes, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the teams you manage, leveraging creativity and innovation.

Education Qualification

The ideal candidate for the DM Process Engineering position should possess relevant educational qualifications, which may include:

  • A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.

  • Additional technical certifications will be viewed favourably.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Experience leading and managing teams, displaying effective communication and leadership skills.
