Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Responsibilities
Lead quality assurance and procurement operations for table grapes export.
* Monitor and enforce compliance with customer specifications and internal audit requirements.
* Coordinate packhouses and multiple field locations across regions to ensure timely and compliant procurement.
* Inspect and approve raw materials, in-process and finished products.
* Conduct training sessions for seasonal and new staff to ensure quality standards are upheld.
* Revise SOPs and manage documentation for audits(APEDA, BRC, SMETA, GG, Fairtrade, Rainforest etc.)
* Track trends via statistical analysis and implement corrective actions for quality deviations.
* Quality Inspection of incoming & outgoing fruits
* Maintain QC records and support traceability
* Coordinate with the cross functional teams
* Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
* Planning daily packing plan & harvesting
* Monitoring MRL updates and share MRL master data with Operation & Procurement Teams
* Maintain FIFO in cold store
* Enter data in ERP (Update Quality template, approve entries and analysis data)
Experience
3 to 5 years
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
B.Sc. Agriculture or Diploma/PGDM/MMS.
