Job Role: Assistant Manager – Operations & Quality

Job Summary 

This role required hands on experience in Production, Planning & Control. This role will also require collaboration with dispatch department and Lead QM Pillar of TPM for the plant

Roles and Responsibilities 

  1. Processing and dispatch of finished goods to customers in line with their requirements, including documentation.
  2. Planning and monitoring of the desired stock levels, dispatch schedules and quality of finished products
  3. Preparation of monthly rolling plans and weekly schedules as per customer requirements
  4. Closely tracking all quality related KPI (inhouse rejection, customer rejection, supplier rejection)
  5. Visit to customer on regular intervals and ensure customer satisfaction & quality improvement
  6. Co-ordinate with steel mills for quality related feedback, improvements & conduct regular quality review meetings
  7. Strengthen inhouse CTQ parameters inspection
  8. Participate in internal audits and building the Quality Management Systems

Qualification & Experience Requirements (Mandatory)

  1. Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) with 5-6 years of experience

Qualification & Experience Requirements (Preferred)

  1. Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical with 8-10 years of experience
