Senior Engineer- Engineering

Preparation of process sheet operational drawing & work instruction for operators.

 • Fixture Concept designing, using 2D & 3D software like Auto CAD &CATIA

• Selection of the cutting tool’s & it's cutting parameter & Creation of NC set up sheet

 • Generating optimum tool path in CATIA Version 5-6-2021, Sigmanest and Alpha CAM software & verification with VERICUT software (for 3, 4 & 5 axis machine).

• Proving generated NC program on CNC machining center having sinumeric and Fanuc controller

• Configuration management of NC program

• Conduct Continuous Improvement project for optimization of Manufacturing Cost & Cycle time

 • Create and manage engineering standards including SOP’s

• Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and to choose cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates

• Perform detailed analysis of the component parts configuration/dimensions to determine the most efficient machining operations required for production

• Works independently to troubleshoot and resolve problems concerning machining operations, tools, materials, and CNC programs

• Modify existing programs for different machines

• Make manual program adjustments as necessary

• Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process

• Adhere to quality system requirements and support process audit
