Roles & Responssibilities

• Proven experience in Aerospace Sheet Metal Tool Design.

• Strong expertise in the design and development of Form Blocks, Hand Form Blocks, Press Tools, Milling Fixtures, and Checking Fixtures.

• Advanced proficiency in CATIA V5 for tooling design and 3D modeling.

• Hands-on experience in Loft Creation and surface modeling techniques.

• Sound knowledge of aerospace tooling materials and manufacturing processes.

• Strong understanding and practical application of GD&T principles.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and customers.

• Manging the team members and guiding in the project requirements.

• FAI tools prove out in co-ordination with shop floor activites.

Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical

Experience: 8-10 years
