Senior Engineer - Industrialization

Skills and Experience

• Experience in feasibility studies, process planning, stage drawing creation, raw material planning, BOM creation, FAI documentation and SAP routing.
• Proficient in 3D & 2D CAD tools such as CATIA and AutoCAD for creating stage models and drawings.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
• Good Understanding of 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining.
• Experience in preparing Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis and Control plan as per AS13004
• Ability to resolve shop-floor issues and provide corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Strong planning and execution skills aligned with project timelines.
• Knowledge of special processes such as heat treatment and surface treatment.  Familiarity with AS9100, NADCAP processes.
• Ability to provide expertise in tool design concepts.
• Responsible for updating daily task and project status to all stakeholders.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with quality, production, tooling, and design teams.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/production / Aeronautical Engineering.

Experience: 3–6+ years of experience in Process planning for aerospace machined Parts.
