Senior Engineer - Operational Excellence

• Drive productivity and cost improvement initiatives across aerospace manufacturing operations.
• Conduct time studies, manpower optimization, and line balancing to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks to improve throughput and reduce cycle time.
• Monitor key KPIs such as Productivity, OEE, Labor Efficiency, and On-Time Delivery.
• Lead Kaizen, Lean, and problem-solving projects to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with aerospace quality standards.
