4 to 6 yrs experience in Consulting of late along with prior experience of 4 - 5 years  in Auto and Farm Industries including driving digitalization and standardization

Roles & Responsibility

MUST be a Business Excellence professional having worked in a industry and consulting firm of repute in the Business Excellence Domain with expertise in Product Development Systems ( Concept to Launch ). End to end Quality Systems and Operational Excellence including Supply Chain and Sourcing.
• Ability to Identify critical business areas for system/ process definition based on interactions with CEO/ Functional Heads. Should be able to influence and align business priorities and excellence approach in a seamless manner.
• Proactively identify and Facilitate business teams to study the existing processes/ Value Stream Mapping of current processes – to identify NVAs, scope for digitization, simplification, standardization within & across functions in a business and deploy best practices across businesses.
• Ability to enable + hands on Facilitate business teams to develop new/revised processes as per requirement from business (process creation/ modification or for new businesses) using the right tools and techniques in line with the desired business models.
• Ability to Develop customized systems/processes for upcoming and global entities seamlessly integrating all functions from Concept, Design, Product development, Launch, Operations, SCM, Quality- En dto End, Sales, Marketing and Service.
•Advice business heads on key process modification/requirement based on industry best practices or from other businesses in AFS
•Define a system/ process for business heads to track and monitor the adherence of critical systems by enabling simple, User friendly Dash Boards for Decision Making includin g right data sourcing
•Enable business teams to define SLAs / RSLA OR adherence review or internal checks for Systems/ Process Adherence and enable a robust ongoing monitoring mechansim for execution excellence
•Enable development of a central repository at sector level on key processes for internal benchmarking and cross learnings 
•Facilitating X-matrix and goal sheet alignment for ALC / FLC and other key AFS Businesses leadership teams.
•      Able to identify and drive high impact business systems design/redesign identified by the top management related to key Principal Thrust Areas ( PTA ) through active partnering with respective businesses, study & analysis of  respective business strategy, benchmarking, existing excellence systems & processes, technology, and information management systems which will impact key business metrices of  AFS Businesses.
•      Independently provide Holistic and big-picture approach by critically evaluating each cross functional and interfacing aspects of various business systems & processes, identifying blind spots, facilitate in evolving necessary systems across businesses for impacting outperforming business results.
•      Cross functional integration of systems/ processes evolved and standardization of best practices across AFS by developing a central repository for internal benchmarking and cross learnings.
•      Bring in deep-functional & New age skills (systems thinking, agility, benchmarking, design thinking etc.) and deploy across AFS Businesses
•      Disseminate transformation-related knowledge, benchmarking aspects and best practices across the organization by closely working with the Business Leaders and Functional Heads.

General Requirements

Understanding of Business Processes Management Framework & all Global and Internal Excellence Frameworks
•    Broad understanding of all business systems and processes including Financial Management, Strategy, Change Management and all Customer facing processes.
•    In-sighting , System and Design Thinking Skills , Usage of Digital technologies in Systems Design, Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain Technology & Analytical Ability.
•    Hands on experience on Microsoft Projects, LEAN, and VSM. Understanding of Tools like ToC, 
•    Systems Assessment skills to identify ‘ Blind Spots’  & ‘ Connecting the Dots’ 
•    Project Management & Execution Excellence skills
