Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

The objective of this role includes HR & ER Digitization to enhance employee & user experience using emerging technologies.   Provide IT solutions and technical support to 45+ legal entities across the Mahindra group in area of Human Resources (HR), Industrial Relationship (IR)  and Payroll including Statutory Compliances / Country specific localizations / Union Long Term Settlements / Analytics. 

If this role did not exit, then digital transformation in the areas of  Human Resources (HR), Industrial Relationship (IR)  and Payroll would not have been enabled. System and processes would continue as maintaining system of records manually resulting in increased manpower, lower productivity, statutory incompliances and non-availability of predictive analytics. Data accuracy and role based controls can be achieved only through digitization.

Enable business to conduct their operations seamlessly in below areas including Statutory compliance and Country specific localizations 
- Human Resources (HR)
-Industrial Relations (IR/ER)
- Payroll 
Key Activities Include:

Manage SAP HR and SuccessFactors Implementations across Mahindra Group (Including International Entities)

Analysing the business requirements in above mentioned areas to determine their technology needs

Drive the application modernization -use of AI, ML, Machine vision, IOT, NLP etc in HR processes

Bring agile development practices and best coding practices within developer teams along with maintaining high developer standards. Implement agile management ideals by facilitating exercises such as sprint planning and team leading stand-ups.

Explore the new emerging technologies, conduct POCs and create the IT solutions based on these technologies for HR processes

Deployment of best practices and enhancements to existing functionalities to meet changing business requirements. 

Experience

15+ years experience in functional domain of Human Resources/Industrial Relations/Payroll and SAP HR /SuccessFactors implementation /roll outs
Knowledge and experience of working with Agile methodologies

Industry Preferred

Manufacturing - Preferably Auto & Ancillary Business

Qualifications

B.E. - Computers / Information Technology, M.S, MBA - Human Resources

General Requirements

Primary Skills:

1. Experience in Project management and IT delivery with good knowledge on the Emerging technologies - AI, ML, NLP, IOT etc. 
2.Expertise knowledge in the domain of Human Resources, Industrial Relationships, Payroll and its integrations with other modules. 
3.Should have intensive knowledge of SAP HR, SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors and other HR Portals/Systems. Should have good knowledge of system integrations, middlewares, robotic process automations  
4. Should demonstrate high level of confidentiality while handling the organization or any employee's private information

Critical Experiences

Managing a large team of consultants and business associates, Major end to end SAP Implementations, Upgrades preferably S/4 Hana.
Excellent organizational and time management skills combined with the ability to handle multiple HR/ER/Payroll projects.
