Roles & Responssibilities

• Proven experience in Aerospace Sheet Metal Tool Design.

• Strong expertise in the design and development of Form Blocks, Hand Form Blocks, Press Tools, Milling Fixtures, and Checking Fixtures.

• Advanced proficiency in CATIA V5 for tooling design and 3D modeling.

• Hands-on experience in Loft Creation and surface modeling techniques.

• Sound knowledge of aerospace tooling materials and manufacturing processes.

• Strong understanding and practical application of GD&T principles.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and customers.

• Knowledge of sheet metal forming processes, machining, assembly tooling, and inspection methodologies.
• Ability to independently manage tooling design activities from concept through manufacturing support.
