Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  1. Identification and on boarding of spare part centres, facilitating the legality process and ensuring stand ardization of systems and processes.
  2. Strategizing the distribution of Spare Parts across different regions.Shortlisting of identified 3S (Sales, Spares and Service) dealers.Developing/Preparation of schemes to convey to Farm Machinery management for final roll out at PAN level.
  3. To ensure availability of proper Channel or placing resources across different to cater the seasonal requirements.
  4. Hand holding, monitoring and Capability Development of critical dealers.
  5. Scrutinize dealers financial health and financial planning for the entire year.Ensuring Service readiness for New Product Launch, Designing for new territory/new product.
  6. Interpreting, analysing and sharing the ORC (Open, Resolve and Close) data with other functions for improvement.
  7. To ensure profitability via different schemes.Team Development - Competency building through training and assigning critical projects.To ensure CSI target is achieved
