Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.Deliver classroom & hands-on practical training sessions on tractor aggregates & farm machinery

2. Demonstrate usage of workshop  tools & equipment

3. Develop training content for new products

4. Create question bank for pre & post training tests

5. Design & develop training handouts & wall charts

6. Prepare quarterly training calender

7. Cordinate with all stake holders for nomination of participants for training program 8.Organize training programs at field location and drive "Training on Wheels" 

Education Qualification

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree specialising in Mechanical, Agriculture, or Automobile engineering. This educational background ensures a robust foundation in the technical and mechanical principles essential for training on farm machinery and tractor aggregates.

Additional certifications related to agricultural machinery, advanced mechanical systems, or vocational training qualifications will be considered an advantage, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to professional development.

Candidates should also exhibit organisation skills to manage multiple training sessions, scheduling, and logistical arrangements efficiently, supporting seamless programme execution.

Critical Experience

Proficiency in computer applications is essential, particularly a strong command of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), which supports the preparation of training materials, presentations, and reporting.

Language proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is required to communicate effectively across the diverse linguistic landscape of our participants and stakeholders. Fluency in any additional South Indian languages will be regarded as a valuable asset, enhancing accessibility and engagement in regional training sessions.

Experience with digital learning platforms or e-learning content creation will be advantageous, reflecting the company's commitment to leveraging technology for training delivery.
