Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Role Purpose	Analyze and resolve field and warranty issues to improve product reliability and reduce warranty RPT.
Key Responsibilities	• Field issue analysis • Warranty RPT reduction • Root-cause analysis • Warranty parts analysis and disposal • DFMEA & DVP review • Vehicle and joint investigations • Supplier audits • R&D coordination for design validation • Audit compliance (IATF 16949, ISO)
Key Deliverables	Reduced warranty cost, validated design/process improvements, closed field issues.
