Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables	- 'Responsible for Analysis and control of warranty for Vehicle Aggregates like Engine / Chassis Support system , Chassis components , wheel and axles . Radiators Steering and braking systems etc and achieving defined targets. - Daily monitoring of field complaints & effectivity of actions. - Drive improvement project with Design Team, Manufacturing Quality & Supplier quality for his category for closure of field concerns. - Conducting Field / Dealer visit for identifying early alarms in field, gather customer feedback and ensuring training to dealer team for upskilling. - Carryout Sustenance audit, Yard Audit  for ensuring sustenence of actions in the running production and despatches . - Keeping Lesson learnt database updated and support for deployment of them for upcoming new models. - Prepare & timely publish model dashboard for management review and highlighting key quality risks and warranty trends.

General Requirements

General Requirements		·  Understanding of quality tools and systems such as PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, APQP. ·  Awareness on Management system like IATF 16949, ISO 9000 & 14000) ·  Effective interpersonal communication & presentation skills
Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job		· Good understanding of Problem solving techniques (7 QC Tools , Why Why Analysis , 8D methodology etc). · Good understanding of automotive vehicle architecture and systems, including Chassis, Suspension, Steering, Wheels, Braking Systems, BIW (Body-in-White), and Mechanical Vehicle Integration. · Proficient in engineering drawing interpretation, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), tolerance stack-up analysis, and 3D CAD model review. · Understanding of Part & Vehicle testing and development process. · Part manufacturing process ( Blanking, Drawing, forming, Rolling , Welding  etc)
