Assistant Manager - SQA

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Establishing Quality plan for the Bought out parts of Electrical & Electroniocs commodity such as wiring harness, cables, Lighting systems, Electronic control modules.
2. Performing Incoming inspection to ensure defect free parts.
3.Participation and Co ordination of concern resolution with Field & Assembly line 
4. Ensure that the lessons learned from product families are shared with the platform team (COE, CDMM etc.) for new product development as input for prevention of repeated known issues
5. Provide support and involvement in new product development improvements through early involvement into product development Process and completion of JPTR along with STA.
6. Establishing corrective action plans using structured approach such as 8D, 7QC Tools,  for the quality issues reported in assembly Line, & Warranty failures.
7. Supplier performance monitoring and  drive for performance excellence.
8. Supplier capability improvement by conducting peridoc audits, Training & engagement
9.  PPAP & Re-PPAP Planning, Audit and approval for Engineering changes

Experience

4-8 years

Industry Preferred

EV Automotive, Industrial Electrical & Electronics

Qualifications

 BE/B.Tech  in Electronics/Electrical Engineering ONLY

General Requirements

1) Hands on experience in  Processes such as wiring Systems, Lighting systems, PCB/SMT Manufacturing, Motor assembly .
2) Basic design knowledge of EV systems such as Motor, Motor controller, Charging systems.
3) Good knowledge on IPC Standards
3) Hands on Experience in debugging Electronic circuits.
4) Hands on experience in usage of Electronic instruments
5)  Good knowledge on APQP & PPAP process.
6) Six Signa Yellow Belt /certified from reputed institues.
7) Knowledge on IATF 16949 Quality Management system
