Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• In depth Knowledge of Body Manufacturing Process
In depth Knowledge of CO2 welding, spot welding process.
In depth Knowledge of various body sealers. metal finishing process
Good Knowledge about process parameters of above processes and their relation with product Quality.

• In depth Knowledge of Paint Manufacturing Process
In depth Knowledge of pretreatment, CED, Sealer & painting process
Good Knowledge about process parameters of above processes and their relation with product Quality.

• Fully conversant with “QMS” Knowledge
Quality Systems, Knowledge about problem solving techniques 7 QC tools, DCP, PFMEA, QCRT, PPAP, SPC & MSA concepts etc.
Knowledge of DOE/advance statistical tools
Knowledge of ECN implementation Process
In-depth Knowledge of Concern resolution systems
Knowledge of various audit systems like ISO9001:2015,TPM, MAPS, MMEA, MQS
Use MPPAP, APQP, MSA and SPC in decision making in all areas.
Good in POKAYOKA concept implementation
HEP concept implementation
Audit to be carried as per set Quality guidelines
Customer concern resolution and Customer feedback capturing
Layout inspection/ Dimensional analysis competence

• In depth knowledge about Body Defect
Conduct structured reviews of current issues on critical components
Analyze the % rejection data monthly and decide further actions for review / audit / visit
Ensuring work force training in terms of Quality systems to improve the outgoing quality
Monitoring of Field failures
Analysis of field failures & providing solution as fast as possible
Deployment of current learnings on new product to ensure first time right new product
Ensuring sustenance of actions taken
Improving response time to user concern
Co-ordination with other cells for faster implementation of solution
Challenge creativity in design & development of Poka-Yoke’s & Kaizens

• Knowledge about Global trends in Body manufacturing. Technological upgrades with benchmark practices.

9+ years

In depth Knowledge of Body Manufacturing & Painting Process

In depth Knowledge of pretreatment, CED, Sealer & painting process
