Deputy Manager - PQA (0 to 1 MIS)

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Should have experience on Motor/Power pack/Power electronics/Vehicle assly and its product validation
2. Experience in establishing an Inspection system with strong Defect Detection Capability for Vehicle Clearance and reduce Consumer Risk
3. Ensure strong DWM practices inclusive of Data consolidation/Reporting, Team communication and Problem Solving to strengthen the continual improvement cycle
4. Familiarity with MPPAP, FMEA, Control plan, MSA and Defect Detection Matrix
5. Co-ordinate with field/application team to address customer complaint resolution.(Zero and 1 -MIS)
6. Should have hands on experience of Vehicle/Parts Evaluation and Diagnosis
7. Should be familiar with Process audit, Product audit, Layer audit, etc
8. Adhere to laid down QMS, its effective implementation and facilitate continuous improvement in all manufacturing area activities, and effective resolution of routine quality issues.
9. Should have Knowledge in SPC, 8D, read & understand engineering drawings & rejection analysis.
10. Knowledge of ISO/IATF documents.
11. Knowledge of SAP transactions related to Quality Clearance of the product

General Requirements

Good communication skill across all stake holders. Intiative to conduct defect analysis along with CFT members.
Team Management Skills
Good hold on Soft skills (MS Excel / Powerpoint) for data collection, analysis and reporting

End of line test for Aggregate & overall vehicle functional and regulatory tests
