Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Qualification: MBA (HR) with 6 to 8 Years Experience in Contract Labour Management, Time Office Management, Managing flexi manpower. Willing to work in shifts.

Preference: Manufacturing Industry (Having Union Exposure)

Language: Adequate knowledge of Telugu Language (Reading, Writing, Speaking)

 

Duties & Responsibility

  • Time & Attendance Management in the shifts: 
    • Oversee daily time office functions, including attendance recording, leave management etc in shifts.
    • Ensure strict adherence to company time and attendance policies, including those related to breaks and overtime.
    • Generate comprehensive reports on attendance, leave, and overtime for management and statutory compliance.

 

  • Contract Labour Management: 
    • Ensure absolute compliance with the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, and other applicable labour laws and regulations in the factory.
    • Ensure meticulous records of all contract workers, including bio-data, demographics, insurance, police verification, and Provident Fund details.
    • Ensure the timely and accurate disbursement of wages and other dues to contract workers. Monitor contractor adherence to contract terms, including the provision of amenities like canteens, restrooms, and first-aid facilities.
    • Verify and maintain all statutory documentation, including challans, returns, records, registers, forms, and notices, ensuring 100% compliance.

 

  • Onboarding and Training New Resources (as per SOP): 
    • Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires (contract and trainees) by executing the company's onboarding SOPs.
    • Ensure completing pre-employment requirements (background checks, documents, trainings etc.)
    • Assist in Manpower Sourcing, interacting with the ITI and other collages in fulfilling manpower requirements.
  • Others:
    • Oversee functional priorities and ensure timely compliance with operational standards and regulations.
    • Coordinate and facilitate necessary training requirements for employees within assigned shifts. Support the implementation and rollout programs as assigned.
    • Serve as the primary Employee Relations (ER) representative for the shift, ensuring smooth factory operations.
    • Address and resolve employee/ trainees grievances and concerns effectively.

Experience

5 to 7 yrs.

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Master of Labour Studies/ Post Graduation in Industrial Relations (LLB will be an added advantage)
