Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Responsible for new product introduction in plant and coordination with various departments and PD .

- Change Review management and its introduction and management 

- Responsible for assembly line process issues / Design issues / Standardization proposals.
- Root cause Analysis & solution identification for ORC's.
- Design/Drawing release & formalise the change in System for Plant & field related issues.
- Responsible CRE idea generation workshops at plant.
- Responsible execution for Field quality projects.
- Responsible for product improvement projects implementation
- Design work in Teamcenter & UG NX.

Alignment for APPAP closure with plant

Experience

Qualifications

BE/Diploma - Mechanical / Automobile

General Requirements

Product Knowledge of Overall Tractor.
Assembly line / Machining process Knowledge.
Strong Logical & Analytical ability.
Communication & Presentation skills.
EBOM knowledge
Project planning, Change Management & CDT Co-ordination.
SAP 

Functional Competencies:

Knowledge of CAD softwares like UGNX and PLM softwares like Team center etc.

Change Management
Understanding of  General dimensioning, Tolerances and GD&T
Knowledge of Value Methodology and its application
Knowledge of FMEA, DFA, Root cause analysis
Proficient in New design concept, Design and ECN preperation
Knowledge in various materials and manufacturing process.
Knowledge of statutory related changes in tractors.
