Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Ensure in-process quality assurance checks as per the procedure laid down in respective SOPs, Process sheets

Daily internal rejection monitoring & initiate appropriate corrective measures.

Co-ordinate with field/application team to address customer complaint resolution. (Zero and 1 -MIS)

Adhere to laid down QMS, its effective implementation and facilitate continuous improvement in all manufacturing area activities, and effective resolution of routine quality issues.

Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.

Should have Knowledge in SPC & Structured problem-solving methodologies - 8D, QC story, read & understand engineering drawings & rejection analysis.

Ensure adherence to assembly processes as per drawing and SOP to deliver defect-free products.

BE/B-Tech (Mechanical / Automobile)
