Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

'- Resposible for All Treo Platform - Field failure & improvements
- Prepare & present monthly MIS for field quality KPI's
- Handling and co ordinating complete field failure & field upgradation activites with service team & Dealer team
- Delaer visit to enhance the product performance & customer feedback collections.
- Responsible for field failure analysis of complete Model (Electrical, Electronics & Mechanical)
- Co ordination & follow up with CFT team for CAPA implementation & monitoring action effectivness to acheive quality goals on current product
- Faciliate weekly meeting with CFT team to drive corrective action & implementation.
- Be capable of presenting current & emerging concern to personnel at all levels including senior managment within the organisation.
- Lesson learnt deployment for upcoming new launches.
- Participation in New Model testing and development.(DFMEA/DVP). 

Experience

( 10 to 15  Years experience with BE/B.Tech  in Electrical / Electronics)

Industry Preferred

Automotive OEM, Tier one automotive supplier 

Qualifications

Bachelor of engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
