Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Need good knowledge about EV Vehicle battery Pack and Drive train
• Electrical & electronic components understanding, inspection, concern analysis  and communication to supplier and SQE

• Very good understanding of GD&T and first principal inspection.(Basic Principles of Engineering Metrology , Standards of Measurement ( Limits, Fits, and Tolerances  Linear Measurements ,Angular Measurements), CMM Inspection awareness, surface Finish Measurement Systems awareness.
• Closely work with STA /  SQE by communicating the supplier non-conformances and ensure the action plan through 8D/SCAP format. Monitor the effectiveness of the action taken.
• Inspection of critical components dimensional / metallurgy of  commodities
• Monitor Vendor rejection & Implementation of sampling inspection techniques through Statistical tools
