Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

'Responsilble for new variant introduction.
Responsible for APPAP initiation & closure.
Responsible for assembly line process issues / Design issues / Standardization proposals
Root cause Analysis & solution identification for ORC's.
Design/Drawing release & formalise the change in System for Plant & field related issues.
Responsible CRE idea generation workshops at plant.
Responsible execution for Field quality projects.
Responsible for product improvement projects implementation
Responsible for material dispatch required for R&D Testing sites & field.
Design work in Teamcenter & UG NX.
Responsible for Tractors Preparation for Batch testing

Experience

5 to 8 Years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech

Mech/Auto

General Requirements

'Product Knowledge of Overall Tractor.
Assembly line / Machining process Knowledge.
Strong Logical & Analytical ability.
Communication & Presentation skills.
EBOM knowledge
Project planning, Change Management & CDT Co-ordination.
SAP
