Able to drive the Value Chain Management:

Monthly Volumes adherence for Zaheerabad Plant with optimum inventory & Cost.

Managing ECN. Major Change overs managed with Min Obs & Zero Loss 

Manages Supply chain processes consisting Demand CPPC and Order Management, SPD Order Management, Inventory and Schedule adhererance

Deep understanding material accounting, warehousing processes, Provisioing of Budget, External audit handling experience, Logistics cost management 

New Projects : Cordination with Project / Platform Team  to adhere project timeline  / ramp up as per plan

Qualifications

General Requirements

•    Procurement of parts for different commodity , Electrical/ Electronic , TRIM ,Proprietary ,DAC and Hardware etc
•    Inventory optimization # By Adding by changing procurement JIS/JIT and planning Bill of material 
•    Procurement strategy as per ABC part category 
•    Cost optimization techniques (Cost saving through logistics /packaging /IMCR/by changing SOB/by changing Shift Location.
•    Asterisk confirmation on SCP)
•    Project management 
•    Change Management project/ECN smooth SOP/ implementation 
•    Supplier relationship 
•    Adherence of MPP production plan
•    Confirmation and enhancement of carryover as well as CDMM parts
•    Inventory target 
•    Handling of subcontracting material 
•    Asterisks constraints, derisking of supplier with the help of capacity and SSU team
•    Digital Supply chain management (MRP/MM module /SRM)
