Sr. ERP Analyst

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Purpose:

Ensure seamless SAP Logistics operations and allied application support for manufacturing processes. Act as a functional expert and liaison between business and IT teams to drive process efficiency, implement new projects, and enable digital transformation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1, L2, L3 Support all SAP Logistics Modules and allied interfaces
  • Ensure SLA compliance
  • Understanding of Manufacturing scenarios of repetitive, discrete and project manufacturing. re-design, formulate Business process as per case based on Business and controls Requirements
  • Work as a SPOC to Analyse business requirements and deliver cost effective SAP solutions
  • Business stakeholder management for Projects and support activities. Coordinate with other Plant coordinator, Central Support teams
  • Drive automation, Horizontal deployments, Enhancements & mobile app projects
  • Lead cross functional workshops.
  • Conduct user training
  • Maintain documentation

Experience

Exposure to digital tools, automation, emerging technologies in SAP Landscape (BTP, iRPA, Build Process, Integration Suite, ALM, Joule)

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Engineering or B.Tech

5–7 years of experience in manufacturing or automotive industry

Strong SAP Logistics expertise (MM, PP) with at least one full cycle implementation experience on SAP S4Hana and Fiori

SAP Certification (MM, PP) is preferred

Skills Preferred 

Functional: Manufacturing & procurement processes, SAP configuration impact analysis

Technical: SAP MM, PP; exposure to S/4HANA and Fiori desirable

Behavioural: Accountability, collaboration, customer-centric approach, adaptability
