Manager - PQA, Plant Quality

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Plan resources (Associates / drivers / facilities / stationery etc.) for product

audits.

· Conduct product audits (Dynamic test & static audits), show tell meeting with

stake holders.

· Evaluate results and generate report , Data compilation and release MIS to

stake holders.

· Drive action plan from stake holders and monitor results.

· Internal & External customer complaints handling, Data monitoring &

stratification analysis from Qlik view.

· Analysis of warranty parts with team.

· To conduct calibration of Gauges and instruments and support for

measurements of parts.

· Support for Parts inspection as per drawing / specifications as per user

requirements.

· Cost Management (Revenue & Capital)- daily monitoring to ensure effective

utilization.

· Apex QCRT champion.

· Setting up Quality targets for New projects.

· Co- ordinate for Product Quality Audit Planning for New Projects.

· Feedback through Must & Want and Lesson learnt.

· Project quality status monitoring for all quality indicators.

· Capability Building of associates for product evaluation.

· Conduct Product benchmarking.

· Front loading to design team for potential concerns.

· Drive CFT for Gemba analysis & deploying actions at manufacturing, aggregate

& supplier process.

· Plan & excute dealer and yard audits.

· Concern analysis through effective use of Data analytics, Graphical

representation of data for logical conclusion and inferences.

· Defining and standardizing all the Quality Procedure. Continuous process

improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.

· Ensure gauges / equipment calibration and MSA study as per plan.

· Release the Weekly/monthly MIS report of Health Status of Shop

· Take efforts for Benchmarking & horizontal deployment of Good systems &
