Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Description of the job and key result areas:
- Plan and Conduct Idea Generation workshops / Natural teamÂs workshops for filling Idea pipeline for current as well as next 3 financial years.
- Planning with AVP group to build next 3 years ideas  Ideation with Suppliers, Dealers and Internal experts (Natural Teams)
- To inculcate VAVE culture by organizing VAVE Knowledge sharing Training programs/ workshops across all manufacturing plants (Officers and Associates) and at Suppliers end.
- Ensure meticulous project planning for smooth implementation of every IMCR project.
- Proactively Organize weekly review meeting with stakeholders and their Heads to DE bottle issues raised during proposal implementation.
- Managing MIS for every platforms handled for both Internal as well as Top Management Review
- Timely escalation of critical and Inter department issues to senior management for early resolution.
- Work with all AVPÂs for horizontally deployment of Ideas across Platforms.
- Organize Award function at Mfg. plants and ensure IMCR awards are distributed to CFTs as per policy.
- To evolve New levers of Ideation by close working with all CFTÂs.
- To work for improving the existing processes for better efficiency.
- Participate and Present Paper Case study in International Awards and Conferences.
- Ensure that the respective Champion and the AVPÂs deliver on the Cost Targets of Platforms.
- Developing and implementing innovative approaches in cost reduction

Experience
Minimum 10 Â 15 yrs. in Manufacturing or Value Engineering field
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
BE ( Automobile / Mechanical / Production)
VMA Certified ( Value Methodology Associate )
VMA Certified ( Value Methodology Associate )
