Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Strategic Program management and resource planning for Mahindra Trucks and Buses Business
- Leading resource management strategies to ensure seamless projects delivery
- Overseeing and managing contracts and agreements with manpower stakeholders
- Spearhead work contract with third party vendors for manpower and project outsourcing
- Partner with Senior leadership and function stakeholders to ensure resource availability
- Review and approval of manpower costs incurred across multiple manpower verticals
- Leading team building and culture building across Product development function
- Managing and owning deployment of ~400+ headcount deployed across functions
- Strategic projects execution with senior leadership of the organization
- Developing best practices for resource management and propagating them through the organization
