Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Develop and maintain detailed territory segmentation based on application, potential, and customer profiling to ensure targeted outreach and optimized sales efforts.
  • Accurately forecast sales for existing models and product ranges through rigorous data analysis and market trends, assisting in strategic inventory planning.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives via collaboration with local dealers, ensuring alignment with regional sales targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and engage strategically significant customers including fleet owners, fostering and sustaining strong, long-term relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business.
  • Organize and lead regular meetings with key segment customers, including transporters, carrying and forwarding agents, to facilitate group deals and collective procurement strategies.
  • Design and negotiate tailored financing schemes with financial institutions to support channel sales, enhancing dealer capabilities and end-customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to channel partners aimed at expanding and strengthening secondary sales and after-sales service networks.
  • Act as a critical communication link between product development, marketing teams, and end customers, ensuring continuous feedback loop for product improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and future product launches, devising strategic counterplans to maintain and increase competitive edge in the region.
  • Conduct training sessions and motivational initiatives for channel partners and their sales teams to elevate performance standards and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Plan and execute localized promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and stimulate market demand.
  • Assume complete responsibility for regional market share growth through proactive market development and expansion activities.
