Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Schedule Adherence to the Week wise  PLANT 2  production plan released by Central PPC.
• Timely release and coordination of Material shortage  for Tractors production  as per 6-day  production plan
• Coordination of activities related to material follow up with Sourcing and production shops for the daily production plan.
• Adherence to SPARE  PARTS  DIVISION  requirement  of IP parts (If Any )  and   emergency  requirement of TOF( Tractor OFF field parts).
• MIS related to execution of  released Plan  like Coupling , Advise & Held up Reports , Critical material reports.
• COODINATION with R&D ,IT and other stake holders for BOM readiness for PLANT 3
• New Model Variant productionization coordination (Like New Variants shifting to P3 ,NGT etc)
