Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Ensuringof Production planning of engines Monthly, Weekly and Daily.
  • Ensuring of engines dispatchMonthly, Weekly and Daily.
  • Ensuringof Production and Dispatch of new engines model as per timeline.
  • Ensuring Dispatch of SPD components as per plan.
  • Ensuring ECN implementation as per RandD release memo.
  • Ensuring Component feedingto the assembly line and machine Shop.
  • Ensuring Inventory Management as per plants requirements.
  • Ensuring Annual stock taking and minimise variances if any.
  • Ensuring Safety Grid Review and PPE adherence to Ensure Zero accidents.
  • Ensuring implementation of TMW and TMSW guidelines.
  • Ensuring all legal compliances to be met (Stores related)
