Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Manage EV networks across India : Track, map & develop network representation so as to be ahead of competition with a viable and cost effective business model. 
Main KRAs :
1. Designing the proposals including dealer business case 
2. New outlet location identification

EV Channel decisions 
1. Needs identification of dealerships in consultation with market representative plans
2. Assess market potential and create a strong business case for a profitable business model
3. Enhancing dealership viability through profit network reengineering (for existing EV dealerships)
4. Tracking, looping and escalation of critical communication with respect to channel expansion targets and also facilitating conversations between the leadership and dealerships
5. Conducting/Planning out the market representation and capacity planning exercises in the area of operation
6. Conceptualizing the road map for a project run activity through visualizing future requirements and develop action plans with team to achieve them
7. Coordinating the primary and secondary network expansion and service expansion
8. Facilitating upgradation for EV readiness including Chargers / CI elements etc. 
9. Managing the MIS (MEAL related) of network database 
10. Setting up dealer systems & processes including Sales & Service tools / MIS systems 
11. Designing & deploying innovative / stragetic elemnts in the dealer network in cooridnation with sales & service field teams 

Support M&M channel development team in 
10. Ensuring activity completion for new dealer appointment 
11. Coordinating the receipt of all mandatory documents from selected candidates and coordinate with M&M channel development for issuance of Letter Of Intent(LOI)
12. Ensuring dealers undergo induction/ training program
13. Negotiating with vendors for appropriate costing - of vendor related items
14. Ensuring smooth closure of Dealer business and settlement of cases 
15. Dealer performance monitoring and escalations in sensitive manners with loop closures

Experience

7 + years in field sales / service and channel exposure 

Industry Preferred

EV/ Auto 

Qualifications

BE + MBA (preferred)
